We are looking for someone who enjoys dealing with customers and can communicate within a Team. 

The role involves answering Telephone calls, writing emails, taking bookings and deposits as well as helping out with the day to day preparation and logistics of booked events. 

The job is offered on a shift basis with the option of following hours:

Weekdays: 12pm to 5pm or 5pm to 10pm
Weekends: 10am to 4pm or 4pm to 10pm

Requirements: Flexible avail-abilities, Fluent English speaking and writing, Driving License



  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English
  • Possess a driving licence and vehicle

Considered an asset

  • Ability to work systematically with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work on own initiative



  • Experience in customer care or similar office position

  • Knowledge of Windows applications
