Apex Fund Services is seeking a dynamic Administration Assistant on a temporary basis to provide administrative support to the Global HR team.  

How you will make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channeling and management of incoming and outgoing communications with Global Apex office locations
  • Collection, consolidation and entries of employee data
  • Validation of data ensuring it is in the required format for further processing
  • Recording and maintaining data accuracy in the Apex HR system
  • Employee documentation management, policies and procedures
  • Provision of a high quality administrative and support service as part of ongoing projects
  • Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as required

  • Ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail to ensure work is conducted at the highest standards
  • Highly organised and with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Reliable, dedicated and conscientious work approach
  • Sound Microsoft and computer skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

Role Information:
  • Working hours: 0900 to 1700
  • Reporting to the Global HR Manager
