We are looking for a office secretary to join our team 3 to 4 hours a day in the mornings.
The Role: The responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Personal assistant to the directors
  • Inputting of sales invoices and credit notes in the computer system
  • Other general office work
The Requirements:
  • A very organised and dynamic person.
  • Mature, Smart and hardworking team player with good communication and organisational skills
  • The candidate must be computer literate and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset
