Working within the Creditinfo Malta office, the purpose of this role is to act as an administrator to the Division Manager.

The role involves:

  • Being a point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Answering day-to-day calls
  • Preparing monthly usage reports for both local and international sales
  • Handling customer queries
  • Monitoring customer accounts

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in administration 
  • Able to work independently
  • Be a team player
  • Be able to remain focused
  • Good communicator
  • Be flexible, show versatility and willingness to learn
  • Have at least ‘A’ level standard of education
  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications – ECDL 
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Have own transport 
  • Knowledge of basic invoicing, chasing payments and sales experience will be considered an asset.
