The office administrator will assist be the front desk person who will welcome any  guests, answering incoming calls and handle any incoming and outgoing mail. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Dealing with incoming calls
  • Handling of incoming/outgoing mail
  • Assist with the booking of flights, accommodation & taxis and keep updated records and reports thereof;
  • Assist with ordering of stationery and office amenities
  • Coordinating desk set-up of new employees
  • General errands as required
  • Assist with the preparation of boardroom for meetings and events
  • Assist with updating of sick records and attendance reports
  • General Filing
  • Any additional Ad Hoc duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Qualifications

Required

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • A level standard of education
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
