The Office Administrator will report to the Office Manager and assist in the day-to-day operations. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Dealing with incoming calls
  • Handling of incoming/outgoing mail
  • Assist with the booking of flights, accommodation & taxis
  • Ordering of stationery and office amenities
  • Coordinating desk set-up of new employees
  • General errands  to post office and bank
  • Assist with the preparation of boardroom for meetings
  • Updating of sick records and attendance reports
  •  Handling petty cash
  • General Filing
  •  Any additional Ad Hoc duties as assigned by the Office Manager 

Standard working hours are from 08:00am till 13:00pm, however the suitable candidate will be flexible to work different time frames as per company’s business exigency.

  • Able to work as part of a team
