We are seeking to recruit a Part-Time Administration Assistant (Flexi hours)
- Providing support and information to customers, over the phone, e-mails and in person
- Be mainly responsible for customer requests received through e-mails and phone calls
- Support interaction with various suppliers, and being proactive in sourcing new ones
- Issue, follow up and close pending customer related issues, in line with the service levels and performance indicators set
- Be able to maintain efficient and comprehensive records and prepare basic reports as required from time to time
- Possess a strong customer centric approach, preferably having been trained in customer care
- Be very proficient in office applications and have experience working on ticketing and customer relations management systems
- Possess excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
- Possess a clean police conduct
Given that this post is in a technical environment, candidates with sound technical knowledge and/or qualifications will be given preference.
The successful candidate will form part of the existing team and would be expected to maintain a good relationship with the Company’s customers, take a general interest in the operations of the Company as well as ensure that the company’s service offering is of the highest quality.
