The ideal candidate will report directly to the Payroll Officer and ensure the timely and accurate processing of the company's payroll.
The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for creating and maintain employees payroll records and updating of rosters into payroll system.
Creating and maintaining employee records including Jobsplus forms and employment licenses.
He/she will be required to answer staff questions about wages, deductions, attendances and time records.

A level standard of education
• Knowledge of computer systems including Windows applications required.
Able to speak English and Maltese
Able to work with minimun supervision
Considered an asset
Previous experience is an asset
