The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining employees’ payroll records, updating rosters into the payroll system, handling queries as well as ensuring the timely and accurate processing of the company’s payroll.
The successful candidate must:
- Possess an ‘O’ level standard of education;
- Be proficient in Excel and Word;
- Be a committed team player, detail orientated and an effective communicator;
- Be flexible, with a positive and can-do attitude.
Having experience in a similar role and / knowledge of payroll software will be considered an asset but are not a requirement. On the job training will be provided.
