The role requires that you:
- Take calls, return and divert calls and emails while manning the office’s front desk;
- Receive, register and distribute post, both incoming and outgoing;
- Upkeep and distribute stationery;
- Prepare vouchers for sponsored events and clients;
- Perform other administrative tasks and offer clerical support, as required.
Experience & Qualifications:
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience performing front desk, administrative, reception-based or other similar duties;
· A minimum Level 3 standard of education;
· Be computer literate and have a good command of MS Office applications.
· Good attention to detail;
· Take ownership and responsibility of the tasks;
· Have excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Maltese would be considered an asset;
· Clear communicator.
A minimum of six 'O' levels including ECDL
2 years experience in similar role
