An established and reputable organisation within the legal sector is looking for smart, highly-motivated and alert person to perform numerous general office and secretarial duties.



  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in spoken and written Maltese
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Strong time management skills able to prioritize and execute tasks effeciently coupled with an ability to work systematically and accurately in a fast-paced enviroment.
  • A level standard of education

Considered an asset

  • ECDL qualifications and/or demonstrable literacy in MS Office application particularly in Excel and/or other data management software.
  • Social Media Skills



  • Experience in a similar position
  • • Knowledge of computer systems including Windows applications required.

Considered an asset

  • Basic or Intermediate level of book keeping
  • Experience in a law firm
