Reporting directly to the General Manger & the Finance Manager, the candidate will be responsible to perform general accounting and administrative duties including but not limited to:
- Posting of transactions in the general ledger;
- Assisting the Finance Manager in the computation of VAT/Statistical returns;
- Performing monthly reconciliations as required;
- Assisting management in the debtors chasing process;
- Assisting in the issuing of payments to suppliers/creditors;
- Assisting in the general administrative tasks of the office as required
- It is essential to the role that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- You need to be organised and have an eye for detail;
- You need to be a good team player but able to work on own initiative.
