We are looking for an ACCOUNTS CLERK for immediate employment to join our Finance Department.

Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Being responsible for the day to day postings into the accounting system
  • Performing bank
  • Debtors, creditors and other reconciliations
  • Performing month end procedures including calculations of accruals and prepayments
  • Prepare payments
  • Filing and organising company documents in a timely manner
  • Invoicing clients as required
  • Other adhoc duties as required

Qualifications & Skills
  • An ‘O’ level in accounts or in the initial stages of an ACCA qualification;
  • Previous experience working in a similar role;
  • Well organized and have an eye for detail;
  • Good team player with a drive to learn;
  • Possess good communication skills in Maltese & English;
  • Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Excel;
  • Flexible and have a practical approach to work;
  • Preferably have experience in SAGE;
